Amrit is crazily candid a.k.a. party personified 😜
Sukriti is a beautiful shy girl who lives for details 😇
Their wedding was CRAZY Beautiful 😍
Amrit and Sukriti are proof that opposites not only attract but also result in a gorgeous wedding that’s got it’s trend game on point! Their pretty Delhi wedding is the best of THEIR worlds 💞. A candid combination of two different personalities, blended together for a beautiful, fun and deliciously detailed wedding celebration! 😍
[vimeo 162032895 w=640 h=360]The Adorable “#AmuSuku” Wedding 💖
From the beautiful anandkaraj that was a dream come true, held in a venue dressed in peach and ivory hues!
To the punjabi mehndi with a desi vibe, everyone colour coordinated, be it the gidda dancers, the couple or their ENTIRE tribe! 😮 (think Matching Patiala salwar kameezes and Kurtas for everyone.)
And the Glamorous Sangeet evening too!
Everything was perfect!
What we’re swooning over from Sukriti And Amrit’s wedding :
Their combination! Amrit’s Go big or go home attitude and Sukriti’s penchant for small details ❤️. That, along with these amazing ideas they incorporated into their wedding!
The Details
#1 The attention to detail this couple had for the functions isn’t funny, we’re talking customised “#amusuku”napkins, menus with drinks named “pataka bridesmaid’, Chalkboard signs with Amu and Suku on them, basically, the works!
#2 The super cute mehndi decor with Marigolds! Think Parandi’s , Marigold flowers, bangles and more! Not to miss that fab floral sunglasses photo op!
The Fun quotient of her FUNctions 😉
#1 We loved their Prewedding celebrations that really made the wedding a roaring success, including a boy’s side vs girl’s side cricket match with T shirts for the teams!
#2 Her pretty South Indian themed pooja complete with bal pandits from malaimandir and staff too dressed to the theme. (Details Details!)
Psst! Sukriti wore her mum’s saree for the pooja – something borrowed, something old, something gold – Awww! Ps. her mum wore Sukriti’s nani’s saree! *gems of another generation*
#3 The groom’s infectous energy resulting in a daily dress code, including at the dance practices! 😮
The In-House Talent
Speaking of Gems, Don’t miss her invite designed by her mom was quite the treasure! (literally 😝) Sukriti nailed her invites which studded with stones (a jeweller’s daughter after all 😉) with a personal note added in. This personalised wedding invite idea definitely took our breaths away if not yours!
The seriously stunning Jewellery. *credits to her mom who was the designer*

Words of Wisdom from the Bride
“We were very clear that we wanted each function to have a different look in terms of décor and vibe. To do this, I had tried to be organized with the guest list , food etc creating multiple excel sheets. Setting a deadline and delegating responsibilities to friends and family from the beginning really contributes to a wedding being successful. We’d had decided to complete everything including card distribution one month before the wedding so that the last month could be devoted to dance practices (coz Amrit made sure they were parties in their own right) and any last-minute hiccups. I truly believe personalised details really made the wedding very unique, special and authentic.” (we can see!😍)
Sukriti and Amrit sure did a LOT of DIY design details and may we say they were absolutely fab!
Here’s wishing them years and years of fabulousness together! 💝
xx
