From the Bride: “We met in an arranged marriage set up after our parents introduced us. Our first introduction was on a phone call where Umang started by saying – “Hi, my dad gave me your number!”. In a couple of days, we got to know how compatible we were and he came to Mumbai to meet me. The connection was instant. Our 2nd date was a day trip to Alibaug. While returning, as the sun was setting, hundreds of sea gulls were flying alongside our car. Everything felt bittersweet. We knew we were falling for each other, but, I knew that after we reach the Mumbai, our date would end. However, we ended up spending 3 more hours by the marine drive. They say that such connections are instant. Well, I couldn’t agree more. It was like all the stars in the universe had aligned to make US happen.”
